1. Ad Measurements and Specifications

• All ads must adhere to the following size specifications:

  • Full Page: 7.5" x 10"

  • Half Page: 7.5" x 4.875"

• Ads should be submitted in PDF or JPEG format and must be high resolution (minimum 300 DPI) to ensure quality printing.

2. Color Requirements

• Ads can be submitted in full color or black and white

3. Submission Deadline

• All ad submissions must be received by [TBA]. Late submissions may not be accepted or may incur an additional fee.

4. First Paid, First Choice Basis

• Ad placement within the souvenir program is determined on a first-paid, first-choice basis.

• The earlier the payment and submission, the more likely you are to secure your preferred size and page location within the program.

5. Submission Process

• Submit your ad files via the provided form. Please ensure all files meet the specified format and resolution requirements. 

• Payment must be completed at the time of submission to secure your spot in the program.
